Know what it is? While very old, and from a marque long-gone, I don't expect that identifying this type of car will be too difficult.
To award you the point, I'm also looking for what is special about this particular example.

Please, respond below and identify what this is, and who built it.
As always, detailed answers are greatly appreciated by all.

Stare at it long enough, and you just might channel the answer.

Not from France.

This car, restored some years ago, now resides in a place that is not a million miles away.  ;)

Let's try British then, assuming it's not a million miles away from me. However, as the earth is about 25.000 miles at it's longest, so you will never get a million miles away on earth...

Otto Puzzell

Not British, but the second part of your answer is very interesting, indeed.  8)

The picture looks more like - I don't know for sure, I wasn't there - somewhat what I imagine to be Arizona.

Otto Puzzell

You have a good eye - follow that path!

This car's home (though not the place it was built) is there. But the location is named for another place, far from Arizona.

A Meteor photographed near Florence, Arizona?

Otto Puzzell

Arizona is correct. No meteor in this picture.

Arizona was De Autogid's guess, and the good eye his.

I s my Florence guess of any relevance?

There's a music band called Mars Arizona. Did they use this car?
