Now that was quick Yes, it's the Moretti Sporting 4x4 based on Fiat Campagnola. I must admit I expected a car of which there are only like 4 photos in the interwebz to last longer. Here goes a point.

According to World Cars 1979:
Based on a Fiat Campagnola frame and running gear, this 8-seater squarerigger with 6 seats folding away to create ample cargo space offers more comfort than most off-road vehicles.
Wheelbase 91 in (230 cm) weight 4,230 lb (1920 kg) dry.
