Name those cars and how are they related?

mymokke

Isuzu Trooper SUV and Mini Cooper MK III = same 0-60 times. ( 10.4 - 10.6 +/- .2)

I think it bmight be that both of these cars are not manufactured where we think they are.

It might be the Minicord from Venezuela and a locally assembled Isuzu in Ecuador?

Mini Cord it is! first step. But not Isuzu Trooper

Aaron65

Is it an Isuzu Caribe 442 from Venezuela?  Therefore, they'd both be from Venezuela?

Yes!! You've got them. Isuzu brand never were used in Venezuela. In fact, the Caribe 442 factory also produced Mack trucks.

I don't know how to include the film, but there is a Youtube commercial clearly showing a different logo. wow!

Oguerrerob

One point for Autogids and two points for Aaron 65.

DeAutogids

Does anybody know more about Caribe? The name of the factory?

Yes, You can see the Isuzu logo, (just the logo in front) but was the introductory model, as you can see in the video never talk about the Isuzu brand. I agree that it's an Isuzu Trooper but Caribe 442 was from the Mack trucks factory as an independent brand. In Venezuela, Isuzu brand never has been sold.
