It has some Peugeot parts, but the base, I believe, is original.

It's younger and was never intended to run at Dakar AFAIK. It's a buggy though

Here I am, back on the road again

Let's start the comeback with solving this one, as I have recently encountered this car (it's picture of course) - I think it's Jean Jacques Vaissiere's rallye proto by Gembo. I don't know it's name though.

Oh, I missed your reply. You're right of course. It is a Gembo buggy for baja rallies equipped with a Peugeot engine. Built in late 1980s for Jean-Jacques Vaissiere.
