What's this, built by whom and when - for 1 point?

got it its that new zeland built (alfriston jaguar special ) 2006 , to be honest it doesn't look 30's, 1st clue was that serial number on the front left drum!
and built by brian king.

I'm confused.  Normal state, just a little more than usual by this.  Is the serial number/drum thing an NZ thing?

To be honest I was confused as well, but I just thought "Crikey - some eyesight!"

no the serial number gave me the idea that maybe its not a restored car , that its a special   ;)
