Is it a 1923 Ford Model T roadster pickup? It appears to have been slightly modified

Hmmm I thought it was a Ford T at first glance...

My dad has a Ford T, so I can tell that the chassis is quite different, the front axle is too.

Seeing as its similar, could it be based on a Model A?
