How can I forget.
I am working off the bonnet and front guard [and poss the door]. To me they appear to have come from a Citroen.
The wheels are not [obviously] and who knows what running gear it has?

The base was a Bugatti T40 , then electric small van and finally Citroen 11CV !

Yes! This Bugatti T40 was turned into a boxy electric van during WW II. After the war it was Bugatti-petrol-engined again with a Citroen Traction Avant front.
