I don't know.  Matter of fact, I don't know anything about it except that it's a "special."

Perhaps I wasn't clear.  I don't know anything about this car.  It's why I'm offering a point for verified identification and another point for in-depth information.

However, I can pretty much guarantee that it's NOT a Costin-Nathan, but a one-off "special."

RtR, have you any idea of the date of the meeting?  If, as I suspect, this photo is from a meeting run by the Oregon SCCA, they have full listings of race results and a date, even an approximate one, would narrow things down.

I've been searching their site but haven't had much luck...so the answer to your question would be, "yes."
