For one point, give the name and builder of this shiny concept car

I saw this one in real life last weekend :-)

It's the Opel Manta B Targa concept (1972).

I believe that Opel did the design itself (by Wayne Cherry ?).
The targa part was done by a company called Klosterman.

I gave you the point, for your detailed answer.  I think it was actually built later in the 1970's.

The information I found, indicates that Klostermann was responsible for the whole car.  Opel only made a rolling model (the red one), and Klostermann wanted a car which could actually be driven.  (Although from the recent show pictures, not sure if they achieved that)

No, the silver car I've seen at Schloss Dyck last weekend was a not running styling study. The half of the interior (foot well) was covered by a big black plate.
