Mikrus?

Yes, that's what it is.
Can you fill in a few more details and answer the other part of the question so I can give you your point and move this to Solved?

Is it Mikrus MR-300 Cabrio 1958 ?

Carnut

That's what it is, yes.  Well done.

My puzzle picture seems to be a photo-shopped saloon (or perhaps the pick-up), but I'm not sure why they bothered as there are pictures of the cabriolet available (I believe they made 2), a selection of which I've shown below:

Thanks! I remember coming across it on the net, while looking for some Goggomobil TS300 engine pictures (my dad has a TS300, but has the "african face mask" engine cover all bolted on), and when I saw the Mikrus thought it was a goggo prototype! I showed my dad, and he told me someone he knew had one, and apparently there pieces of ****, very poorly made! It's a shame, because they look a lot nicer than Goggo's to me!

The puzzle photo is definitely a photo-hack of a 4-door sedan (saloon.)

Don't think they made any 4-door versions, so it must be the 2-door or the pick-up.
Looking at it, the doors on my photo-shopped pic are just about exactly the same as the doors on the real cabriolet..  So it's quite convincing.

Huh!  You're right.  What I though was a 4-door was just a lousy photo.   :lmao:
