You're almost there......all correct except it's not a K-Type.

Allan L

A voice from the back row says that the J, K, L and M types shared the same chassis and therefore many of the body styles also. You usually can't guess what you are looking at without more information! Meadows engine size and type varied, only the L and M having the 4ED.
Not many G-E bodies were fitted, so I'd guess this one is chassis 10041
