It was a self-built one-off.

Not built for speed and it was built in the 70s.

He did not named his car but he took a particular license plate for it:
XX-XXX

It was a sort of a joke...remember it was an electric car.

The license plate is NO GAS (Maryland)

Its currently in the Baltimore Museum of Industry

I think this little car is really cool,so it was street legal then? I figuered it was to small for the roads?

I,ve never heard of bill gingras or his car,to bad that he didn,t try to mass produce it.pretty neat just the same.
