I found this description of that car

This is a famous homebuilt Russian car. It was built about 10 years old..
The Dartz (Latvian, not a Russian automaker) has decided to organize serial production of the car under his own name.

Yes, this is an Ultima Spider from Smolensk, Russia. It was built by Andrey Nagorny (Андрей Нагорный) in 2002. Engine - Suzuki Hayabusa.

On the Internet, all photos of the Dartz - this is an Ultima, and I don't seen the photos of original Dartz Mojo at an autoshow in Monaco ..

The engine pictured appears to be from a Yamaha V-Max.  This is a V4 engine of 1200cc.
