What is the year, make, and model of this roadster, and what name was it given by the man who modified it?

Time for the experts to figure this one out.

I've seen this picture before but I can't find where.
It's a Buick

The owner is Roy Repp, and he named the car Maud the Motor Mule (I've also seen it spelled Maude). The photo was taken in early 1916, and one reference suggests it's a 1915 car. I can't help thinking it's more likely to date from 1906/8 - oh, yes, it's a Buick.

I'll give the point to Nicanary, for a mostly complete answer.

I have it as a 1910 Buick Model 16 Roadster.  Roy Repp of Australia called it Maud(e) the Motor Mule.

Roy performed tricks using the car, with aid of a moveable weight, which shifted the center of gravity to behind the rear axle.

Thank you for the point, considering I didn't fully answer the question. None of the numerous web references seemed to indicate the make, let alone the model.

The radiator is very much ahead of the wheels in the photos, which makes me think it might be older than a Model 16, possibly a Model F. In addition, cars were still an expensive commodity at that time - I reckon Mr. Repp would have used an older car to experiment on, rather than the latest model.

Anyhow, an interesting puzzle.
