I believe they called it the Urba Centurion,diesel-powered sport-coupe car,it used a Kubota diesel engine.I understand it was by CrazyJerry-1982?

It was made by the same maker as the Urba and it was powered by a 3-cylinder Kubota diesel engine.
But who was that maker (not CrazyJerry) and what chassis does this car sit on?

It's a Quincy-Lynn Centurion and it does sit on a Triumph Spitfire chassis, so it's time to call this one solved.
