I don't know about the 'Scorpione' name so I'll have to look into that..

I saw about 4 different versions of the name of this car on different sites, so picked the one I thought closest.
Scorpione was a name used by Abarth (The scorpion was/is their logo)

I know it as a Cisitalia-Abarth 850 GT, not Fiat and not Scorpione.  I suppose the Abarth 850 Scorpione was another car with body by Francis Lombardi.
The quiz car (I suppose has an italian Ascoli Piceno "AP" plate), has been sold  some years ago, and was indeed presented as Cisitalia-Abarth 850 GT.   I think two series were built, the first from 1961 had a slightly different front (with round indicators and a simpler bumper), the second from 1962.
