It is morgan three wheeler converted in four wheel one, my source says its name is the RIP special.

That's good enough for the point. It's a 1929 3-wheeler converted to 4 wheels and now powered by a 1316cc JAP engine. Wow! That's a serious power-to-weight ratio.

UK members will know that RIP stands for "rest in peace" - normally a eulogy for someone who has died. Maybe the driver feels fatalistic. Here's a photo of the front end.
