Balilla-engined, not Swiss but from Fohr.
According to that article it is indeed Swiss, from Kilchberg by Fehr in Lüde, balilla-engined.

I might help out. The builder/driver's name is Hans Fehr and he is from Kilchberg. "Lüde" is a misinterpretation by Zwischengas' OCR tool. It should read "im Bilde" which means "pictured".

Yes !
A Fiat Ballila " eigenbau " with the Swiss driver Hans Fehr in 1952

I tend to believe this is the same car during the different periods of its life. I have no proof of that, but just look at the major body lines.

You could well be right; that happens a lot with this type of car.
However, even if it is the same car in different clothes the fact that it looks different does, I think, qualify it to be a separate puzzle.
