Not a Matra. It's make's name sounds French, but I don't know for sure.

While there may be a resemblance, there is no connection to Alpine or Renault.

There was something like a Neri & Bonacini style in the back...but it was in the name indeed!
That is a Nembo, a VW-based car by Burgert from Germany.

In 1968 D&M Burgert plastics from Stuttgart/Germany presented their first car named "Nizza KS 330". The Nizza was based on a VW floorplan and was sold till the mid seventies. 1971 the company's name changed to Burgert Products and they moved to Toblach Tirol/Italy.
Same year they introduced their second car called "Nembo". Again with VW-chassis, but with different plastic body it was inspired by the "Nembo Ferrari" of the mid-sixties.
