It is the "made in Vietnam" Vinaxuki VG. It could be a VG 100, VG 130 or VG 150 depending on the installed engine (1.0 l, 1.3 l or 1.5 l). The vehicle was first introduced in 2012, but I am not sure that it has ever actually come to market, although it was recently shown at Vietnam AutoExpo 2014 priced 310 million for for the 1.5 l - manual shift version.
