I'm not entirely certain on the exterior design. A European company had a hand in this, but whatever's left was not done in Europe.

Is this vehicle a project of American Motors Corp. of Southfield MI,which was made up of Nash (Wisconsin), Hudson (Michigan) and Jeep (Ohio).  It looks like it could be related to the ill-fated AMC Pacer.

It's not something from AMC, but you're correct down to the city for the address I have!
