No, it was scratch-built and used no US parts at all.

The mehanicals of course and I would imagine parts like the windows and lights, thought I don't know the source of those.

This is a really tough one. I can't seem to find this classy car anywhere. Is it a one off or part of a limited production?

This is the SVJ 1000 GT (Series 1), built in Denmark by Steen V Jensen, using an IFA F9/Auto Union 1000 two-stroke engine.  The car was later facelifted (Series 2) using NSU Ro80 rotory running gear.
