It looks like a Tempo, but not quite.  Perhaps a licensed built Manderbach?

Not a Tempo and not a Manderbach. BTW, Manderbach built Framos under license, while license built Tempos were done by Standard.

Yes, I mis-remembered the licensees.  Since you said it was not a Tempo, I assume that it is not a license built Standard (Gutbrod?).
