From this very small poor quality photo, can you let me know what this is for one point.

It might well be, but I think this image may have been scanned from an original sales brochure.  Perhaps a case of all smoke, but no mirrors!

Looks as if it might be a Marendaz Special of the 1920s before they got fancy outside exhaust pipes.

I have the only Ruger as America replica of Bentley 4.5-litre. Is it this one?

Yes, that's the one, marketed under the 'Sports Tourer' name from c.1968-72, but a very convincing Bentley-inspired pastiche.
