I found it, its the Logicar designed by Jacob Jensen,a unique car that could be changed into different body styles for different functions.by my source it didn,t quite make it ,only a prototype and two patents remain.The car was from Denmark from the 1980,s

That's the one, yes.
The "production" version has already been puzzled here, but it doesn't look much like this far better-looking "prototype" (which actually looks like a model to me):
