Elva Courier GT?

Yes, it's an Elva Courier Coupé.
I posted it because it's different from the other similar cars, in the rear side window line.
I don't know if it was an early prototype or what, but it seems to be on display at a motor show - maybe Earl's Court?
Another point for you.

It's a 1964 MK 4, I believe

I think you may be right.
The Mk4 coupe did indeed have the larger rear side window.
Thanks

It's MY Elva Courier GT.  It left the factory in December 1963.  It's currently in a process of restoration.  It's one of the Ford powered Elva's.  It's got IRS and is Blue!  The limited fastback made they're all different.  Mine had the teardrop back windows.  I've got everything for it. The original handbook to.  It's going to be stunning when I'm done.

Thanks Marnold47.
Hopefully you will post some pictures once you've finished it.
Look forward to seeing them!
