Your turn Experts. Depending on where it was sold, this car went under two marque names.  I will still award a point for one, but for fun if you can tell me the other name as well you will have my respect for months.

Sorry 75America, I missed your reply, which is of course correct., being the Fiat 500-based Baldi, which was also know as the Tilly in France.  The point is yours.
