Found it! It's the 1750 Berlinetta Sperimentale of 1968 by Centro Stile Alfa Romeo

That's it! A well deserved point for you.  Actually it was an unsuccessful proposal for what later became the Alfa Romeo Alfetta/GTV Coupé.
