William Hearne.

I think that the marque is Darracq and the photo appears to have been  taken at Brooklands circa 1907. But I do not know the driver.

Yes indeed. It is 1907, it is Brooklands, and it's a 100hp Darracq. The image can be found online - locked for you to find the driver.
