My only source available is Wikipedia without images thas says that this car was made near Paris between 1919 and 1924. But the most unusual comment in the corresponding page of the Eciclopedia is the following: "In his book French Vintage Cars, John Bolster writes "Some people think all vintage cars are good, which only proves that they have never owned a Butterosi!"

Well, by elimination, since I said that the car was from earlier than the 1920s, that must mean that it's from 1919, which is in fact the correct date, so the point is yours. The image comes from an article on a Swiss news site about a vintage car show in St. Gallen in 2014.
