Is it a completed car? And is it a concept car or prototype?

Joao Gois

It's a completed, fully functional car. No concept / prototype.

It's the framework of the Hurst Hairy Oldsmobile from 1966 which use two Oldsmobile Toronado engines and transaxles at each end.
