One point goes to sixtee5cuda since 'The Panel Shop' seems to be indeed the builder of the car.

However, there is another point waiting for the correct name of the company/person which (most probably) designed this car.

Hint: It starts with letter "C"

Hi!

Firstly, it is CAD rendering. I doubt very much that the car has been actually finished. At least I have no real photos.

Secondly, YES, that's the designer's name written exactly at the shown place!
