Not actually a replica of anything but more a later construction of what earlier cars were like.

That's what it is described as on the site where I found it, yes!
Unfortunately I have no other information about who built it.
Well done.

Lovely car.  From the auction listing, there are certain details which indicate it is a modern creation, or a poorly executed restoration.

Radiator issues:
1) Body work in front of the radiator blocks at least half of the airflow from the grill
2) Radiator is not supported at the top.  Radiator supports are vertical bars

The brake fluid reservoir looks strange, mounted at the very front of the engine compartment

The interior shot shows a lovely, strong tube frame.  The cross-bracing seems to be done in a very modern style.  I haven't found images of a 1960's Barchetta, which requires you to step over that much of the frame, to get into the seat.

Yes, it's clearly a modern evocation.  I have no idea where the '1960' date comes from as it looks at least 50 years wide of the mark to me!

The more you learn, the more you realise how little you know.

It's possible of course and might well be the most likely explanation of the date.
I hate it though when a car is called a 1960 car because it features an engine made in 1960 and might have seen service for a number of years before it was dropped into a much later evocation.
It confuses the whole issue!

This is a modern recreation from a guy from Jakarta. The same man built 3 "etceterini", all different names (and stories).
