A few days ago I colorized the Antem, built in France in 1941 by Jean Antem. I have a feeling this this car might also be an Antem. But I have doubts: I see headlights and some other differences.

I think I know the one you are referring to, which does look similar; but this car is not an Antem.

André electric car, 1941.

An obscure prototype, built by P. André from Cannes, using a 1,5 hp engine. Weight : 220 kilos. It seems this is the only picture of that car. It is unknown if there was any serious production plans.
