Progress-35

Indeed, this is the Progress-35. It was produced by the Progress automobile repair shop which was based in East Germany (!), Königs Wusterhausen but it was set up by the Soviets and worked solely for the Soviet Army producing buses for them. The Progress 35 was based on the GAZ 53A and was produced in the 1980s and early 1990s.
