ZAZ 965-based roadster. Unfortunately there's no builder name in the source article. Was it built by the guy (Nikolai) who runs the website where it can be found ? Or rather the author of the article (Oleg) ?

You're right, Pal added 1 point at 11:41:10 this morning then another at 11:41:32
