What is this car, who designed/built it and when - for 1 point?

I just need the date of build for the point?

Okay Sorry, it's 1954.
A very nice car!

Carnut

Yes.
Beautiful car:

Strangely it was marketed as an Autobleu rather then a Renault, an Abarth or a Boano.
It's as much fun to scare as to be scared

Grabbed from the internet, this car puzzles me!  If it is  captioned at all,  it's referred to as a "Mercédès 300".  It has a touch of Chapron about it, but that logo has got me befuddled.  What do you think???

Here's the Chapron-bodied Renault Fregate.
The logo on the grille looks quite similar; is it a Renault or Chapron logo?!

Fantastic!.....Many Thanks, Wendax!  Does this car still exist?
