Identify this car (make, model and coachbuilder) for a point. No thread lock for naming only the make and model.

Phantom, New Phantom, Phantom I, or even 40/50 HP would have solicited an affirmative response, but you specifically asked if it was a 'Phantom III' or 'Phantom II', forcing me to respond accordingly. ;)

....I still wouldn't have thought that this was a Phantom Anything;..the proportions are wrong!  There again, I have not been to the opticians for a couple of years. So now for the coachbuilder.  English? :-\

Editors: I believe this is a repost. I can't be 100% sure because the image has vanished from the original thread and the car wasn't identified beyond being a Phantom I cabriolet by Fiol. Regardless of whether or not it had been posted before, I went ahead and posted this specifically for the benefit of our Rookies and Experts who had probably not seen the previous puzzle. If it is the same car that was featured in the previous puzzle, please merge the two threads. Thank you!
