Guys, just letting you know this puzzle is on hold because of conflicting sources regarding the manufacturer and the general lack of information regarding the car. The logo is very Xima and it's from my Xima photo set but it turns out the model name does not have the Xima code in it (XM). I am still looking into it better before confirming.

Update.
So the only story of the car is that is was produced by a company in Beijing but the model code they used (the first two letters of it) belong to a modification factory located outside Beijing (going by the name it bears) which is now bankrupt but it did not use this factory's typical logo. The story behind their need to use another factory's name code is because apparently they did not have their own registered code in order to promote the car and issue sales. So the name of the "manufacturer" that fits with the car's codename starts with T (the modification factory). The factory that made it in Beijing was a subsidiary of a company which also assembled Ximas and Guangdong vehicles. The main factory might have been a cross-regional joint venture with one of those brands... The badge is similar to Xima but is not entirely identical.

It is a Tangshan! Locked for you, please attempt to guess the model designation (first two letters), at least.

TS were the first two letters. Its pickup truck was called TS130C, TS130B or TS130CS so a sedan would be either 720 or 5010
