Please identify what is the make and model of this car?

Starting in Pro section, because I honestly think and hope that this one is extremely hard nut to fully crack.

The image appears to have been taken at Ford's Product Development Center in Dearborn in the 1960s. An early version of the Bearcat concept?

That's I'd say an easy part. What is the nameof it?
It was made at the same period as the Bearcat.
