This looks like the rear-engined Czech EMBO city car prototype created by Emil Bojda in c.1947-48. EMBO made electrical goods, but sadly Bojda's dream of producing this small, affordable car in his Czech factory was crushed by the communist authorities that treated him badly; the car never becoming a production reality. A sad missed opportunity...
