And another bump for today answering few questions and clearing some infos by the designer himself:
This design study was made by a former Royal College of Art student from Great Britain, it was independent design project (Coventry project as he wrote me personally) but with some design clues from Alfa Romeo.
He worked for a Ford since 1989, he is still alive and he retired from Ford few years ago.

And he is not a single person mentioned below
