I have found another image of this car on another website. The car carries #20 and the image is dated as Most on 16.8.81. Unfortunately the information is a bit vague about the chassis. The driver is definitely Strauch. The site will not allow me to copy the image. I am still investigating.

This car is a Praha 5 . Driven by Pavel Dosek at Mlada Vozice 13.6.82.  The website with this information is very confusing - it still lists the car on another section of the site as an Agro-01.

However, I think Praha 5 is what you're looking for.

Praha 5 Zastava was the car named by Pavel Dosek, who drove it after Pavel Strauch. But it could be also found in programmes as Agro 01. I think, both designations could be found right.  The point is for you nicanary

To make matters even more complicated, one section of that website says the chassis was an MTX ! ;D.

Very interesting puzzle - thank you.

If I may add. Single-seater Formula Easter - AGRO 01-81 was built on the MTX 1-02 chassis by AZNP /AutoŠkoda/ Leoš Hnatevič and Jičín racer Zdenek Štrauch. The patron of the building was Agrostroj Jičín - therefore AGRO. The engine was Zástava 1300. The bodywork was influenced by the Brabham BT 43-F5000 car. Later, Pavel Došek rode it. The AGRO 02-86 vehicle followed.

Thank you for this extra information. I was convinced I had seen it referred to as an MTX somewhere on the internet. I'm pretty sure most Formula Easter cars were a proprietary chassis fitted with homebuilt bodywork.
