This looks like one of the 'Drag Waye'  motorcycles built by Clive Waye. The engine is a supercharged VW flat four.

The Drag Waye bikes ( there were a couple of versions ) are probably the only Slingshot style Bikes ever built.

I believe this version had a Shorrock supercharger, but there was a Turbo setup as well.

A very cool and unique vehicle...

I have a couple of pics of it, but sofar i havent been able to figure out how the steering worked.
