I don't know. There are pictures of this car on the internet but no information about its details. I doubt it's a Polski Fiat, it's earlier in date.

More details. This is one of Piechowski's cars.

Well found. One point to you. Now I know the engine and more details about the car's base. Bielak went on to becaome famous for success in RAK cars.
