1 point for the pourpose of this vehicle
1 point for make and model.
(One revealing detail has been removed from the car, when the aim of this vehicle will be found, I'll post the unmodified version)

Looks amphibious. Maybe it's a Baywatch GT  ;)

De-icing (if the water were warm enough), or I suppose, hosing things down so they would freeze over.

Fire engine?
That's it, plane and simple...one point is gone!
A little bit harder will be the make and model, but there is a question you should ask...

grobmotorix

The only places, where very fast fire engines are used are airports or chemical factories....I suppose it might have been used at an airport?

I looks familiar, but the penny hasn't dropped yet.

No mention of that in my source, and it has 4wd for an off-road use as well.
It is a fire truck vehicle. Only the name is missing.
