It's a 1955 Ford C-600. (the year might be slightly different, sources vary).  Tank body by Heil?

It's a Ford C-series, but not a 600, and it's undergone a modification that's clearly visible. What is it, and who carried it out? The trailer isn't a Heil. The year of manufacture isn't relevant; my source doesn't mention it.
