Not a Lotus at all. There is a Kevin Bacon-like separation / connection between this car and a Lotus Eclat, however.

I assume its a concept of what became the Isuzu Piazza. There was Isuzu Asso di Fiori in 1979 but this looks earlier. Something between the 117 Coupe and Asso di Fiori and done by Giugiaro?

It has a modified version of a production model's name, ala AMC Hornet Sportabout.
