Not a Lotus at all. There is a Kevin Bacon-like separation / connection between this car and a Lotus Eclat, however.

Isuzu...I was trying to remember who Lotus teamed up with on the suspension in the 80s

I assume its a concept of what became the Isuzu Piazza. There was Isuzu Asso di Fiori in 1979 but this looks earlier. Something between the 117 Coupe and Asso di Fiori and done by Giugiaro?
