I've found a similar tractor called: Belos Gravely commercial 817. But from Latvia (for sale)

Belos, It's a Swedish tractors and lawn mowers manufacturer. Now Kärcher Belos AB. Moved to Obersontheim, Germany.
Gravely, It's a manufacturer of powered lawn and garden implements, originally from Wisconsin. Now part of AriensCo.
