I have three sources for this car, one of which seems to give it a nickname of their own. But I'm unaware of any official name given by the builder.

It was built on a modified donor chassis. The design was inspired by another car.

No, but I understand why you would ask this. I doubt any of the body components from the donor chassis were used, as this car looks nothing at all like the donor. I don't know if the body was composed of parts salvaged from other cars or made from scratch.
